On April 10, 2025, California (un)Incorporated Chair Michael Seaman and Treasurer Jim Weixel spoke at a meeting of the Rio Linda Chamber of Commerce. Their presentation (see .pdf file, below) covered some basic information about cityhood and what would be required if a community wants local control of municipal affairs. It was followed by a lively discussion. California (un)Incorporated is grateful to have had the opportunity to exchange ideas about municipal incorporation with the group.
